When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged at the moment of purchase. If you choose an installment plan, then you’ll only by charged the first installment at the moment of purchase. These programs come with a Risk-Free Trial period, so you’ll have plenty of time to review your purchase and decide if it’s right for you. If you decide NOT to keep it, please contact us to request a full refund within your trial period, and you’ll receive all your money back.

Monthly Subscription Programs

These programs include a 30-day Free Trial. This means that your card will not be charged for the first time until 30 days after purchase – so you’ll have plenty of time to decide if it’s right for you. Please note that you may see a small, temporary authorization fee on your card statement from the initial purchase (that authorization will generally disapper within a few days, but can occasionally take up to 10 days).

How do I cancel my purchase and receive a full refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel without hassle. Here are the refund policies depending on the type of product you purchased:

  • Refund Policy for eBooks, Audiobooks, Video and Audio Programs: For a full refund, just contact us within your Risk-Free Trial period. We’ll remove your access to the program and refund 100% of any payments you’ve already made – no questions asked.

  • Cancellation Policy for Monthly Subscription Programs : Cancel your subscription at any time by using the subscription cancellation page. If you have other questions or concerns related to your subscription, please contact us at any time.

Am I signing up for any recurring payments?

We will never automatically subscribe you to any monthly commitments. You’ll always see the payment terms for all your offers (including subscriptions) at the top of your shopping cart before you complete your order. If you have any questions prior to ordering, feel free to contact us.
